In between Thanksgiving prep and holiday shopping, we’ve also been working on a number of new features and improvements to the Ember application over the last few weeks that we released in our December update; we’re happy to share them now.
A New Map
Our biggest focus was to increase the usability and improve the experience of working with the physician list. The revamped map view has better filtering, searching, and visualization options to make it easier to find and identify targets, and we made the interactions between the map and list more intuitive, especially for route and campaign creation.
The new map is now the default view for both the referrer list and for Smart Lists.
Smart Lists
Smart Lists quietly launched earlier in the fall, but they deserve a mention of their own. Smart Lists are automatically created collections of physicians who have attributes that align with common outreach efforts. Two examples: the New Referrals Smart List identifies all physicians who have referred a new patient in the last 30 days. The Latent Physicians Smart List includes physicians with high Referrer Scores who have not been visited in the last six months.
A Little Nip/Tuck
This update refreshes the physician profile page and introduces some new design elements that we’ll be bringing to the rest of the application over the next few weeks as part of the continued refinement of the mobile experience.
Finally, a CSV import feature is available to users that need to add physicians in bulk, and we’ve improved the theming abilities for groups that are interested in white-labeling the platform. And of course, we’ve addressed a few bugs and made performance improvements throughout.
Happy Holidays!
